SAY CHEESE ist eine Fotowand für die Besucher der EXPO 2010. Die aus örtlichen Bauholz errichtete Bretterwand war Teil des Deutschen Expo Pavillons. Die Konstruktion steht im starken Kontrast zur der kühlen Ausstellungsarchitektur. Auf der Vorderseite ist ein Display angebracht. Das Bild ist eine Originalaufnahme, zeigt mich im Kostüm des Märchenkönigs König Ludwig II. vor Schloss Neu-Schwanstein, das ungebrochene Muß für jeden Europareisenden. Die Touristen schlüpfen für einen Augenblick in eine Illusion: SAY CHEESE!

As part of the culture program of the German pavilion "balance city" the installation "SAY CHEESE" could be realized on the ground of the pavilion. By the raw and rustically shape of the construction the photo wall contrasted that very geometrical form and technical architecture. 

The photo portrait shows me in the uniform of the Bavarian fairy tale king Ludwig II in front of the worldwide well known and famous by tourists castle Neu-Schwanstein. The visitors of the EXPO fare can slip for a moment into the figure of the fairy tale king: SAY CHESSE!
