An eine öffentlich städtische Betonwand des Kölner Ebertplatzes urinieren gewöhnlichObdachlose und Nachtschwärmer. An einem Vormittag montierte ich, natürlich ohne offiziellen Auftrag, drei handelsübliche Porzellan Urinale. Die Urinale sind nur installiert, heißt ohne Wasser- und Abwasserversorgung.

Night owls and homeless urinate against the public urban concrete wall asusual. The wall is part of the central public square Ebertplatz in the North of cityCologne.At an every day morning I assembled three customary porcelain urinals illegally.The urinals are assembled only means without any sewage supply.
